Margaret "Peg" James Obituary

Margaret "Peg" Vivian James, age 86 of Holland went to be with her Lord and Savior January 12, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was born to Asa "Acie" and Beatrice (Garvey) Stewart July 7, 1934 in Moorland Township and attended Ravenna High School.
Peg is survived by her children: Debra (Howard) Welling of Holland, Carol (Bruce) Bowers of Holland, and Amaryllis "Amy" (Daniel) Hice of Schoolcraft; sister, Phyllis (Wayne) Cooper of Muskegon and her brother, Bert (Anna) Stewart of Casnovia; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Maurice "Morrie" James in 2010, a grandson and two great grandsons.
A memorial will be held on Saturday, January 30, 1:00 p.m. at Grace Chapel 9530 Woodbridge St., Zeeland. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Interment at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Holland, Michigan

So sorry to hear of your moms passing. We were so blessed to have gotten know “Peg”, and enjoyed all of our times together with her, Carol, and Bruce. She is now at peace with her Lord, and together with her loving husband.
